What a joy to read! I've enjoyed horse books ever since I could read, but this fictional retelling of Man O' War's life was fascinating! It's one thing to look at a list of achievements and another to see it from someone's POV.
I was not impressed by the sexism throughout, but I also know this was published in the 60's.
