Longitude: The True Story of a Lone Genius Who Solved the Greatest Scientific Problem of His Time by Dava Sobel

5.0

Loved this book so much. I have been looking at technical documents on horology but to see some of the concepts put into historical context was awesome even if they are described at a surface level.

This time period is so much fun because of the names that tend to be involved in everything: Wren, Halley, Cook, Newton, Hyugens, etc etc...

Harrison is a new personal hero.
