Radical Compassion: Learning to Love Yourself and Your World with the Practice of Rain by Tara Brach

5.0

This is a powerful book which shares a meaningful meditation practice. I sort of regret listening to this one, versus reading the print book, because with many of the guided meditations, I didn't necessarily have time to sit down and practice them. At some point in the rest of this year, I would like to read this book again, in print, and really take time with some of the passages I flew past. All in all, I can already see this practice taking its place amongst other meaningful meditation practices I have found that help me get to deeper truth. This was the first book I've read by Brach, and I will probably read Radical Acceptance (pub. 2003) at some point this year, as well.
