Hold onto your seat, folks, because today I did something absolutely wild! Brace yourselves because I rated a mafia romance book five stars! Yes, you read that right - FIVE STARS! And get this - the book's heroine is in the Italian mafia! As someone who's incredibly selective when it comes to mafia romances, this is definitely a shocking turn of events.


The author either comes from an Italian background or thoroughly researched Italian families. Certain wordings or phrases were spot on. So, saying I'm highly impressed is an understatement.

I am impressed by Scar's badassery and dark humor, and she is the epitome of what the Italian mafia should be.

Let’s add three smokin' men from different backgrounds of the mafia; I honestly could choose who I loved more. Maybe Caleb fought his feelings the hardest. The only thing I would give constructive criticism on is more of an in-depth backstory of Caleb, Niko, and Kenji

Syndicate of Sins is a must-read. It's a unique and refreshing intake on mafia romance that I for one enjoyed.
