テンカウント 6 [Ten Count 6]
by Rihito Takarai
A pretty fair conclusion to a pretty consistent story. The conclusions of the pivotal people involved in shaping Shirotani and Kurose’s lives were pretty satisfactory. I wish more was done with Shirotani’s father, but I’m glad for the progress he made. As much as that’s a good thing - I truly wish they’d done more with him making progress in general as opposed to so much of it being tied to Kurose. It’s strange to me that what started him down the path to studying psychology was an attempt to help others in general and then his relationship with Shirotani was desiring that he depend on Kurose and only Kurose. The codependency never really goes away but that’s not necessarily a unique thing for BL’s.
I found this story interesting throughout the entire thing, though it did contain the tropes I’m not fond of in BL.
