Grace's Guide: The Art of Pretending to Be a Grown-Up
by Grace Helbig
This book was pretty funny. I did skip the chapter on how to date and college life as I am married and waaay done with college. I found that Grace, as an introvert, had a lot of useful (if not commonplace) things to say about putting yourself out there, and hosting a party.
This was definitely more of a guidebook, I mean, it does say 'guide' in the title so I guess I shouldn't have been surprised. However, I was heading in thinking it was going to be more of a comedy memoir. The poop and butt jokes by the latter half of the book got to be a bit much. I mean, I love third-grade potty humor, but an entire book of it?
