This was better than the last book. I liked Noah and Ky.
Noah has a lot of baggage from his relationship with Rick. So much so, he's really self-destructive at times. Then you have Ky, who has a bad past with his stepfather. Ky's trying to protect his sisters.
It took a long time to get to the story it felt like. We got a lot of Noah and his dramatics, Ky and his resistance to Noah and it honestly started to get old. I started to just want it over. However, in saying that, once Ky went to TX and the story started to move, it got better.
I have to say though, I was irritated by the epilogue. I felt like it wasn't really great closure for them considering the series is over.
