It's a good plot and many different threads that are tied together in the end. For my personal opinion however, the way it is written is much to technical. It feels like you need multiple years of experience in military to be able to fully understand all acronyms and all equipment names. And I think because of this, I found the subplots on the submarines and ships to be quite dull and difficult to get through and comprehend.
