Girls and Their Monsters: The Genain Quadruplets and the Making of Madness in America by Audrey Clare Farley

challenging dark informative medium-paced

3.75

This was interesting and easy to stay engaged with. Upsetting but important information about the history of psychology and psychiatry and the research and ethics that go with them. At times this felt overly narrative for nonfiction and i’d have like to see a greater direct reference to research at a few points.
