This book was a waste of my time. I could not stand Daisy Jones. She was a rocked out drug addict who somehow had the sun shining out of her ass. She was amazing and talented at everything while the author states that she puts no effort in learning anything about the art. The constant drooling over what a cool person Daisy Jones was supposed to be made no sense. She was a crude selfish addict, and addicts are rarely beautiful. I was supposed to believe she did all this growth outside of the book and I should just take the author’s word for it.
*SPOILERS*
Billy’s last relapse also seemed to come out of nowhere. The revelation that Julia was the one writing the thing also fell flat. The characters were semi interesting but overall I wish I had not wasted my money on this book.
