This book was hands down the best in the series. I am absolutely certain after reading this book, that marriage of convenience is my favorite romance trope. My brain and body absolutely light up like a switchboard when the hero is calling her “my wife” before he’s ever even said “I love you.” There was so much yearning and swoon-worthy moments in this book. I literally devoured this audiobook it in 16 hours (with an 8 hour sleep in between).

This book was so hot. I loved the chemistry between these two. And Sharma did an excellent job creating this simmering attraction that was always there when they were friends. It made it so much more believable for them to go from friends > estranged > married > friends > lovers.

Trust the process and Sharma! I thought there was going to be an evil twin moment (which I would’ve docked a star for because I didn’t come to this book for that) but it all works out. Trust the process.

I really loved the very real look at how female friendships evolve as we grow into the stages of our lives. I love this trio of friends and felt their story of friends/soulmates as very relatable.
