Absolutely LOVED IT!
I adore this newest addition to the Blissville universe! What a great story...great characters, wonderful plotline and fantastic message. Total winner!
Romeo and Julius are wonderful characters. I really enjoyed the way the characters developed through the book and the gradual glimpses we got into their backgrounds that ultimately gave us fully formed personalities. I particularly enjoyed the educational setting as a 34 year high school teacher. Though I have to say I’m a bit jealous. I’ve worked for nine different Superintendents and none of them was as open and engaged as Rome. Does Blissville need a Public Policy/government teacher?! I’m available!
The only thing that disappointed me was that not ALL of my favorite Blissvilleians appeared in the book! This universe is so wonderful I truly feel like I know these people...I want to move to Blissville! And I certainly hope we’ll find out more about Howie and Priscilla, Lily, Julius’ mother etc...
