I really liked this book. The way he creates pictures through his writing is really impressive. I cried while reading this. I screamed at the characters because of things they did. And I even laughed a little. I grew up with horses, so that aspect in the book I enjoyed. I mostly liked Grace's character. She is so strong going through it all and coming out on the other side. The thing dragging it down was that it was a bit too slow at times. But I recommend reading this book just like my mom recommended it to me.
