The Unspoken Name by A.K. Larkwood

I enjoyed the story for the most part. It was kind of hard to get into it with the dictionary and how everything supposed to sound at the front and then the first couple of chapters just seem kind of slow to get acclimated to the world. And I felt like once I was enjoying the story then we switched gears again and I had to figure out what was going on again. I really couldn't understand her devotion to this person who never really promised her anything other than an opportunity to live longer and never explained what he saw in her like why was she a good choice other than how he could train her?
