exquisite writing, storytelling, world building. the romance was just the right amount, and the characters were so utterly compelling that i couldn’t wait to turn the page and see more of their story. and the letters! oh how beautiful. and the mythology was so wonderful, if a little too hades and persephone. nevertheless, this was a great read, and i shall eagerly await the second book because what the FUCK was that cliffhanger.
