Off the Bench by Alley Ciz

5.0

CK and Q are opposites with so much in common. Alley Ciz takes on a fantastic ride as these two characters work on overcoming their fear of being rejected and not good enough to have the relationship they each not so secretly want.

The relationship between Quinn and CK has been slowly coming to a boil in the previous U of J books. Over summer break while all their friends are off on various adventures, Q and CK stay in town and their forced togetherness brings them closer together. Their individual pasts cause them to have many misunderstanding and hesitancy as the chemistry between them comes to a boil and results in some steam.

I love each new book from Alley because it’s a chance to reconnect with her wonderful characters and to catch up with their shenanigans. Love them!

I received an ARC from the author and I am voluntarily leaving a review.
