This book is like Notting Hill but gayer!
I really didn't expect to enjoy this book so much because it starts with Wil kissing a random stranger for her TikTok channel, and Katie teaching her cats to talk by having them press buttons with different phrases. BUT then we start to get to know each of them more, and learn that they were friends as kids but grew apart once Katie went off to Hollywood to become an actor. And as soon as they reconnect it's just fireworks the rest of the novel. This story was sweet, a bit steamy, and honestly had me hooked. Also it's a holiday romance so definitely a great time to read it.
Thank you MacMillan Audio for gifting me a review copy of this book.
