Le Comte de Monte-Cristo II by Gilbert Sigaux, Alexandre Dumas, Jean-Yves TadiƩ
5.0

It's an excellent book. First of all, Alexandre Dumas manages to structure the story in such way that I didn't get bored or had to read too many unimportant details. Once you start reading it, it becomes hard to even take a break from it. Secondly the story is very complex, but not at all difficult. I also liked it because it shows some important aspects of life, like what it means to be patient or if you really want something you won't give up in difficult times. It's a book about an elegant revenge, beautifuly planned and skillful adaptation when facing the unexpected.

This is one of the quotes from the book that i like a lot:
"All human wisdom is contained in these words: Wait and hope!"
