3.5/5 Stars. As a middle schooler and high schooler I read this books multiple times and found it very powerful. As an adult I still see why it spoke to me, but really it is now a depressing read. 20 years have passed and the issues with gun violence still remain. Also, I found that certain storylines felt unresolved to me.
