This was a little slow for me, I mean I liked the magic aspect, but the MFC i had trouble relating to. She was so naive and gullible. Which I get it, shes a character, but yea is what it is. I didnt feel a lot of attachment to the characters, and I was constantly screaming at the FMC like wtf are you doing?? Girl puts too much trust in everyone… And what is with some of these names?? “LALA” - come on… lol it was fun in a way, hoping the series gets better. I liked the MMC - he was interesting, conniving, and in my head a bit of a bad boy hottie.
