I suppose it is well written but I really didn't enjoy the navel gazing sad self reflection on this book. One one hand the author seems to want to show off all their sexual adventures, but also they refuse to see how toxic the relationship is. It isn't representative of open relationships or polyamory, it is representative of how some men take advantage of situations and gaslight their way through relationships. Is this freedom? The author asks. All I can say i thank God she got out of the relationship.
I audiobooked this and also had a hard time listening to the authors voice.
