This wasn't a bad novella, but I felt like Tessa bit off more than she could chew. If you're going to have a story that covers a whole year, it needs to be longer than 150 pages. It didn't leave any room for real character development, everything was rushed and felt unrealistic. Some of the dialogue made me cringe too, so much...

But, it's a quick read, perfect if you're trying to hit your reading goal for the year!
