Twelfth Night is a much funnier watch than it is a read; so much depends on the delivery and timing of lines, physical comedy, visuals, etc. Nevertheless, and despite its many static characters, it is still worth reading, I believe largely because reading it and understanding it makes watching it funnier and more enjoyable. Productions-wise I highly enjoyed the 2017 National Theatre production, videos of which can be found online.
