Three Hours by Rosamund Lupton

4.0

I'm still processing this tense, terrifying read. Even though I wanted to stop reading it at several points, I simply couldn't. It's THAT riveting. The plot is taut, the characters are root-worthy, and the prose is skilled. It's a disturbing book on a lot of levels, but also a hopeful one in the end. Although in some ways I wish I hadn't read THREE HOURS (it's going to give me nightmares tonight for sure), it's definitely an absorbing page-turner, which Lupton, I am finding, is very good at penning.
