So I finished this and took a bit to think about it before I decided on the rating. Overall I enjoyed this book. I love the different perspectives and different authors that contributed to this book. Some stories were better than others. I had a few I disliked quite a bit. One or two that I loved.

I think most of the stories add to the Star Wars Universe, but there were a few that I thought were just added for page count or to create an even number of stories and authors. There was a total of 40 stories and authors so that is a pretty clean cut number. I think because this focused on a general sense of the Star Wars Universe instead of just one particular movie, etc. it left a lot to be desired. I think that the second book is better (which at he time I didn't realize the order they were in) due to the focus just being on one movie but there are drawbacks for that as well like that some of it became extremely repetitive. I think it does work better overall though since you can follow the timeline a lot easier.

Overall, highly recommend for Star Wars lovers and people that like to get more in-depth with movies, etc.
