I love Emma and her books! Her writing is flawless and filled with such humor and emotion that you can't put them down. I know if I need a good laugh and a good swoon, I just pick up an Emma Hart book! Dirty Lies is book 3 in the Burke Brothers series and this is Aidan's story. He's the smart mouthed, demanding, sexy, tatted drummer, and oh man is he hot! It's not just the packaging either. Deep down he truly is a good guy with a good heart and good intentions. When he runs into Jessie and offers her one night of hot sex, he does what he always does, takes her back to a hotel and leaves when it's over. But, when he pretends to be her boyfriend to get rid of her ex and help change his image, things get sticky. Jessie really doesn't like Aidan. They've known each other since high school and she refuses to fall for his crap. But, when he asks her to be his fake girlfriend to help her with her ex and help him and the band, she reluctantly says yes. Little does she know that the more time she spends with the sexy, mouthy Aidan, hate will quickly turn into like…then maybe more. Jessie is hilarious! She's mouthy, bitchy and sexy. They are exact opposites, but they have more in common than they think. Will the fake relationship turn into more? Can they admit their true feelings before it ends? I loved this story! Aidan and Jessie had me laughing from the start! Their sexual tension is off the charts and I couldn't put it down! I can't wait for the next one!
