Guarding Morgan by R.J. Scott
4.0

This book kicks off with a bang and had me gripped from start to finish, there's a lot of action packed moments to start as Morgan is on the run. Along with the introduction to Nik, the journey to the hideout together and their attraction.

I enjoyed the feels developing between Nik & Morgan while they were stuck together, the admiration for one another. The swimming, Morgan's art and pulling Nik out of his shell.

Their first kiss is perfect and some steam, full of all the intimacy and chemistry between them.

It's pretty fast paced, fitting to the story and situation. Along with it being the start of series and setting up plot for the rest, with the mystery and details over the murder still unsolved.

However it covers the start of their relationship beautifully and all of the feels, I adore how they support each other. Both have their own stuff going through, but they're able to come together in the end and choose each other. The ending is abrupt, but cute and suited these two - their happy ending
