I don’t remember what I gave KOTW but the main idea is that I remember these books being so much better from when I read them a few years ago!! Revisiting those memories, I actually think I had COVID at the time so that could be playing a huge role
The best part about these books is that there is just a staggering number of betrayals, drama, plot twists, etc. The downside is sometimes cringy dialogue/romantic moments, some repetition in plot devices but this never overpowered the value of the jaw drop moments. So I have put the last (?) book on hold already we’ll see if there’s improvement
