This book follows Jet Mason a young woman who has an icy demeanor towards everyone around her. Jet is also a procrastinator. Jet's personality comes back to haunt her when she sustains a near fatal attack due to head injuries on Halloween night at the hands of an intruder Jet now only has seven days to solve the case of her impending death...and to Jet everyone is a suspect.
Overall, this book is enjoyable. However, the story took a while to emit thriller vibes. The book read more like a drama mixed with thriller elements. All of the characters were manipulative and cold blooded which makes the book a twisty rollercoaster of emotions. The ending was the fiercest thing I have ever read. The book made me eager to read Holly Jackson's other work.
