Wrong Place Wrong Time by Gillian McAllister

3.0

This book was good, but I don't think it was anything mindblowing. Some other reviews mentioned this, but the constant timeline jumping was a little fatiguing. It kind of feels like the whole backwards time-traveling was like a gimmick to make the book interesting, but ended up falling just a little flat. I don't know how to explain it exactly but it's sort of like, the rules of it were too ambiguous. The crime wasn't 'crazy' enough for it to make sense that it triggers a time traveling event.

The whole thing was good... but just about good enough to not be great.
