oh myyy god. this book was sooo good. i loved it so much because colson & violet started off as friends, and it was the most realistic way two people could be 𝘫𝘶𝘴𝘵 𝘧𝘳𝘪𝘦𝘯𝘥𝘴. when they finally confessed their feelings for each other, it was EVERYTHING!

my heart hurt for colson reading about how he grew up and what he came from. he was surrounded by difficult circumstances and still made it out being the nicest man alive. 

and violet’s secret!? omg. that’s such a hard thing to keep inside. and i hate the way you-know-who reacted to it all. 

and the cliffhanger. 😭 MADE ME SO EMO.
