i loved this book so much. it is so beautiful and heartbreaking and raw. i thought the fact that it's written in verse would be confusing but it flows very naturally and is super easy to understand. it may seem a little long at almost 450 pages but it goes by so fast you'll wish it was longer. also, i think i was just really due to read a book with a happy ending instead of my usual forever-brainrot books because it made me feel so warm. i love found family.
