well. i have.. mixed feelings about this one.. don’t get me wrong, i absolutely ADORE this series, its riveting—had me clutching my heart, crying, laughing,,, i had like 10 crashouts and 50+ meltdowns reading this, 10/10 EXPERIENCE. but.
something about this didn’t hit the same as binding 13, maybe i was too blind the first time around to notice the flaws? idk, but something was off. for one, it felt like almost every scene with johnny & shannon (which is literally more than half the book) was just.. how do i put this.. explicit? and repetitive? sometimes i legit felt like i was intruding, like, “umm should i even be here for this? tmi??”
