OSC writes with such empathy and understanding of the hidden aspects of human nature. I loved every moment of this book, every single richly written, flawed character. Ender's Game was illuminating and brilliant for its insight into certain parts of human nature, but if Ender's Game focused on wartime and wounding, then Speaker for the Dead focused on healing and peace. It was a deeply emotional experience, reading this. Can't wait to read the next.
