I loved so many things about this story. I feel like it does really well at showing the complexity of marriage and just people waring with themselves (together and separately) with what they want out of life. Also, another story on an artist struggling to create…I think the universe is trying to speak to me…but I digress…
I really didn’t know how this was going to be drug out for 3 books until I got to the end. Does it need to be 3 books? Probably not. Will I read all 3? Depends on book 2–The cliff hanger hooked me but I think it will potentially take the story in a direction I wont like. I think it could have been condensed down a little but overall I thought it was an engaging, well paced story even though it was a on the predictable side a lot of the time.
