This was a surprise. I didn’t expect it to be so engaging & funny. It was hard to put down once I got into it. And poignant. It’s the story of Katey, a young woman making her way in Manhattan. But it’s really how her life is entwined with other people. Her roommate & friend, Eve. Tinker Grey, well to do man about town. Quiet & thoughtful Wallace Wollcot. And so many others. A fascinating year in the life story. It’s a story that will stay with me.
