Sprint: How to Solve Big Problems and Test New Ideas in Just Five Days by Jake Knapp, Braden Kowitz, John Zeratsky

5.0

There are a lot of great ideas in this book, but even more, they are completely applicable. After a week of sprinting toward a new product to help at work, I'm a believer in the power of focused attention, even when there are people with lots of opinions about how to proceed. It is the kind of work that requires serious brain power, but frustration is down, creation is up, and I'm very impressed. I will be coming back to this process continually.
