Seeing Josh having to take the brunt of the storm from his sister being able to be with who she wanted.  Hallie and Josh would do anything for her and each other.
Josh and Hallie have been best friends since the day they met. And just like then they find themselves in a situation where they will do anything to keep Maddie safe from her father.
Hallie has always had a secret crush on Josh who never seemed to notice. That was the case until they fake married and then the lines between friend and more than friend blur. I love that Josh wanted Hallie to always be in the know about taking his father down. She constantly steps up to the plate and handles them with ease. The love that they both deserved  from the beginning was hard fought for and seeing it finally come together and be the best thing for them all and gain a sister that is the sweetest soul ever. That is just the perfect ending.
