Donna provided an overview of the orchestrated onboarding process. The format was easy to read and follow with a blend of examples and cognitive science to explain the necessity of each step in the process. There were some fantastic insights into why these industry standards are necessary, which I found helpful as someone who implements them without actually knowing why. My only critique would be that the text referenced templates that are available online, which I could not find on the website.
