I think the first 1/3 of this REALLY had my interest. It's disturbing and crass, but I love the narration we get here. Celeste is focused and bold and it's kind of fascinating to hear her internal monologue. I will say at just before the halfway point things begin to get a little repetitive and obvious -- the plot of the book becomes kind of exactly what you'd expect until the very end. Because the first part balances its tone so well and had me so captivated with the ick, I'd def recommend if you are willing to trudge past these content warnings because the ending is in my opinion worth it even if it stalls a bit during the middle.
Graphic: Pedophilia, Adult/minor relationship, Sexual content, and Rape
Moderate: Death and Death of parent
