Oh this was such a fun cute romance book that made me want to keep reading till I finished it! I flew through this book when I could be reading, because I loved Laina and Luke. They are ex’s after they broke up when Laina’s pop star career took off and they couldn’t figure out how to make it work.
Now Laina is hiding from the press, her ex-fiancé and her parents when she ends up on Luke’s door. They easily reconnect and you could feel the love between them from the moment they were in the same scenes. I loved how easily they communicated and kept themselves from repeating past mistakes. Luke and his brothers are my favorite and I can’t wait to keep reading them!
The pacing of this book was wonderful, it almost felt too short, but at the same time I also read it super fast so that’s probably my fault. The little things made this story special. This will probably one of my favorite lighthearted second chance stories!
