I’m honestly over the intentionally self-destructive trope. I get it’s fiction and an escape, but I don’t understand how anyone can redeem themselves after the things these men do in these stories.
Jax is every bit of possessive and dominant that’s attractive, but sleeping with other women while only thinking of Aubrey and having no remorse for either girl is a turn off. And the scene with Isabel on the phone, including her, letting her talk…vomit
The ending I feel was thrown together too quickly with no realistic timing.
