I feel very book Laura Bates publishes becomes viral quite fast and the topics she brings up become trending. Not sure if this was the case here but I’m surprised of how much my tiktokt fyp has already told me about the topics of this books. Might be just my bubble of interests because I felt the same with Men who hate women and I know that’s because I have a fascinating with those groups. Either way very greatful for these topics being discussed. It’s visceral to hear all these stories one after the other to make us aware of how bad it is after the media has been trivialising and victim blaming the women who wore victims of online hate.
