A solid basic ramen guide

This is a great book for those wanting a solid and fairly complete guide to making ramen at home. It covers all the basics in a clear and well laid out manner: pantry essentials; how to make stocks, taru, and the essential toppings; how to compose a bowl of ramen; how to make ramen noodles. It even has a section towards the end explaining how to use a pressure cooker or countertop multicooker to reduce the time needed to make stocks. I recommend this book for anyone interested in Japanese cooking.
