This book was not what I expected- I saw in a review that it was best to go into this book not knowing a lot about the plot, which I did but I still struggled to connect with it. It’s not the cute romance the cover makes it out to be. It’s pretty emotional and deals with some heavy stuff.
I get what she was trying to do with the multiple time lines but instead of connecting with the characters I just spent most of the book trying to figure out if this guy was a cheater. Then I thought maybe he’s not end-game, he’s just how these 3 women are connected and we’ll get to see each of them find their right person- nope(ish). I just feel like this book shouldn’t be classified as a romance even though there is a HEA. If you spend the entire book thinking this guy is a pig, it’s hard to care about the twist and to be happy for him in the end.
Graphic: Car accident, Grief, Miscarriage, and Self harm
