The Murder After the night before is definitely an easily digestible read.

We are following Molly who after a very drunk night out with her colleagues, wakes up the morning with no recollection of the night before.

The characters are well developed and relatable, each with their own secrets and motivations that add depth to the story. Our main character Molly is a hot mess, I couldn’t help but love her character, she feels real because of her flaws and her acknowledgement of them.

The pacing is spot-on, maintaining a perfect balance between suspense and revelation. Even when the book was over 90% through, my jaw was still dropping at the twists and turns. The narrative’s blend of mystery, tension, and a touch of dark humour ensures a gripping read that is hard to put down.

Overall, The Murder after the Night Before is a thrilling read that mystery and thriller enthusiasts will thoroughly enjoy. I highly recommend it for anyone looking for a well crafted and engrossing story.
