Holy shit. This blew me away. While I love the romance and smut elements, this book shines when it leans into the fantasy side of the genre
While this book and series could have more internal consistency with regards to where technology and clothing construction are at (which is just the clothing historian I me nitpicking), the building of the fantasy elements really distracts from it for me.
I also love the development of Poppy into a more assured individual, and the exploration of her relationships outside of Casteel. Especailly with Keiran, the conversationin the tunnels after Casteel was captured and Lyra killed? It broke me
Any way, I can be found mailing zippers to atlantia, because with the level of tech they should have they should have zippers.
