A perfect winter crime thriller, based in a grand hotel where a New Years Eve wedding is taking place, but then, the brides sister, also the maid of honour, disappears. It is up to DI James Walker and DC Jessica Abbott to find out who killed Rachael.
I felt this book was really well written & had such a great atmosphere. I found it so easy to get lost within this book and keep turning the pages, I always found myself wanting to find out more!
This book is so suspenseful and full of surprise reveals, I couldn't guess who the killer was so I was definitely shocked when all was revealed.
I definitely need to get my hands on the other two books now as I loved the style & quality of the writing in The Winter Killer, this read great as a standalone novel!
