I’m sorry, but this one was really boring. It’s obvious they liked each other from the start—why did they keep denying it? It drove me insane.

Also, what happened in Croatia was insinuated in almost every chapter, yet we didn’t find out what actually happened until the last two chapters. I had already guessed it 30% into the book…

Reading this while I’m in a slump didn’t help either. I have to say, I’m just relieved I finally finished it. That said, I’m still excited for the movie! I think they’ll do better.

Maybe things can always get better between people who want to do a good job loving each other. Maybe that’s all it takes.
