This one was as good as the first one, amazing! Very thought provoking and I really enjoy how the author doesn't use the book to make his stance on issues but rather lets the reader decide.
I hated Nelson and Starkey (more than Roland even)! Starkey got under my skin every time he spoke, and Nelson was just plain evil.
As for the other character: I liked Mira more and more as the story went on but didn't love her. I felt the same way about her as I did for Lev in Unwind, but I really enjoyed Lev in this book! I also liked Trace and wish he hadn't died, I hope Connor finds out the truth! I also like Cam even tho I think he can be selfish and I hope he accepts a friendship from Risa because I want her to be back with Connor. I love Connor as always. I didn't love Risa Ianthe beginning but as the story went on, she grew on me again (and not in a bad way!). There are so many characters in these books but both is unique so they're all memorable and make you care in some way.
The plot was fast pased and hard to put down. I'm pretty sure there were some audible sighs, and NOs, and laughing from me throughout but that's what a great book should do!
I am excited for Unsouled and to see the conclusion of this series!
